Step 1: Make sure you have waited at least 5 hours from when you purchased. Why? Because sometimes it takes a while for your payment to be confirmed through Google Checkout. If it has been over 5 hours, please continue below to step 2.
Step 2: Make sure you set your email account up to accept emails from the following email address: no_reply@data-entry-inc.com. If you do not set this up, it will bounce our email to you. We are not responsible for orders we can not deliver because we can not get through to your email address.
